As an MIT Police Officer, Sean Collier was charged with serving and protecting the MIT community. But through his curious nature, his warmth and generosity, and his remarkable ability to connect with others, he did more than just work at MIT. From helping a graduate student family with a sick child in the night to hiking mountains with students, staff, and alumni as a member of the MIT Outing Club, he wove himself into the fabric of the Institute community—and strengthened it in countless ways.
